Design and Detailed Engineering

MENE has over two years of proven experience in providing design and detail engineering services across multiple disciplines and industries. This includes on-shore oil and gas refineries/ plants, petrochemicals, as well as off-shore fixed well-head type platforms.

Our services include design and detail engineering, pre-bid engineering support, procurement support, construction support (related to detail engineering), and as-built engineering. MENE offers a complete multi-disciplinary engineering solution utilizing advanced software for FEM analysis, design, detailing, plant 3D modeling, and drafting.

Having worked for both large and medium sized domestic and off shore clients, our team has gained broad international experience. Piping

MENE's piping design department offers all design engineering documents for the oil and gas, offshore, refinery, petrochemical, Power Plant industries.

Our engineers have expertise in related activities such as review of design criteria, review of contractor design documents and drawings, and project coordination. They are experienced in the use of a variety of supporting software including PDS, PDMS, Smart Plant 3D, Auto Plant 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Smart Plant Review, Vantage Review, CAESAR II and MDS - Support Modeler.


Mechanical

MENE's mechanical design department delivers design and detail engineering of static and rotating equipment, packages, and HVAC for oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical and offshore, Power Plant industries. We have worked with static equipment including pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers, towers, reactors, condensers, and evaporators as well as rotating equipment such as Pumps and Compressors. Our team is familiar various international codes and standards like ASME, BS PD5500 and API as well as wind and seismic analysis to IBC, UBC, ASCE, and NBC.

Our engineers have expertise in related activities such as review of design analysis, review of contractor design documents and drawings, and project coordination.

They are experienced in the use of a variety of supporting software including PVElite, COMPRESS, TANK, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.


Civil and Structural

MENE's civil and structural department offers design and detail engineering services for power plants, refineries, oil and gas plants, air separation plants, petrochemical industries, steel plants, cement plants, and infrastructure facilities, among others.

MENE has also completed design calculations and detailed structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and bill of materials consistent with international standards.

They are experienced in the use of a variety of supporting software including .STAAD Pro, SACS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Tekla Structures (Xsteel), MAT 3D, Foundation 3D, InRoads, Architectural Desktop, BOCAD, and Intergraph’s PDS Frameworks Plus for modeling.
