PIU assembling, Battery bank, Power Plant, TMR Rack fixing, Copper Plate (IGB 7& OGB) earthing including cutting and drilling, Outer are cables are covered with PVC pipe.
All equipment internal and outdoor connections, Lightning, arrestor, Lightning strip connection up to top of the tower, AVS Lamp Fixing & connections.
Copper Plate (IGB & OGB) earthing, outdoor cable tray welding and all equipments earthing, Earth Pipe (GI pipe with chamber construction)
The Quick build Foundation is designed to accommodate.
Fast Erection of Towers and thereby rollouts.
Elimination of RCC related delays: Procurement, Shortages, theft, quality management.
Reduction of Risk of theft and general shortages at site.
Once the Quick build Foundation is assembled the tower can be erected immediately.
Quick Build Foundation Principle:
Dig Hole, Level the base, Place Plates, built lattice Foundation, Add platform, Excavation backfilled, Erect tower directly on lattice foundation one section at a time, add the ladder after each section is erected, add the platform, install antennas and MW, add the equipment and shelters on the platform, 11 days and complete.
