The company offers all types of Self Supported Lattice Towers: Angular, Tubular, Hybrid with 3 or 4 leg constructions for both Roof Top and Ground Based Installations in wind speeds from 140 Kmph to 200 Kmph. The tower heights are from 9 mtr to 100 mtrs. The company also offers towers as per customer designs/drawings. The towers are cost-effective and offer extended service life.

Telecom Infrastructure services

Collection of building details
Perform NDT (Non destructive test) to identify grade of concrete and reinforcement details
Corner cut to identify column reinforcement
Excavate to identify footing details and soil properties
Building stability analysis and checking for additional loading due to Roof Top tower, Shelter, DG & other equipment (using STAAD software)
Strengthening measures, in case the building is found to be unsafe

Electrical Commissioning Work

Assembling Area

PIU assembling, Battery bank, Power Plant, TMR Rack fixing, Copper Plate (IGB 7& OGB) earthing including cutting and drilling, Outer are cables are covered with PVC pipe.

Electrical & Earthing

All equipment internal and outdoor connections, Lightning, arrestor, Lightning strip connection upto top of the tower, AVS Lamp Fixing & connections.

Copper Plate (IGB & OGB) earthing, Outdoor cable tray welding and all equipments earthing, Earth Pipe (GI pipe with chamber construction)

Civil Construction Work

The Quick build Foundation is designed to accomodate.
Fast Erection of Towers and therby rollouts.
Elimination of RCC related delays: Procurment, Shortages, theft, quality management.
Reduction of Risk of theft and general shortages at site.
Once the Quick build Foundation is assembled the tower can be erected immediately.

Quick Build Foundation Principle:
Dig Hole, Level the base, Place Plates, built latice Foundation, Add platform, Excavation backfilled, Erect tower directly on lattice foundation one section at a time, add the ladder after each section is erected, add the platform, install antennas and MW, add the equipment and shelters on the platform, 11 days and complete.

PIU Upgradation (Swaping or Upgrading LCU), Power Plant, battery Bank, Fixing TMR Rack, Fixing DCDB, Fixing Battery Chiller, ROX tec cutting, fixing additional MCB with wiring, Shelter internal rewiring when needed, Dismentling cable from existing DG and reconnection, Terminating all alarms from PIU, PP to krone module.

Outdoor
